The IdP guide contains a checklist that includes all the prerequisite
choices, which for the record are the JDK, Tomcat, Apache, and a JK/JK2
connector, plus an authentication mechanism and an attribute source that
aren't really possible to pin down to a simple set of choices.

I imagine Nate could put a small section into that page near the top that
list the requirements more concisely, or somebody could just put a Wiki
topic together.
