I've updated the symlinked download page for 1.3, without any redesign. I'll 
try and put something more streamlined up later this
week, but this will do for now.

Nate, I linked to your docs, but labeled them "works in progress" for now. I 
assume that's ok.

All of the older software and RPMs have been moved to the archive/ tree, so 
it should be less confusing for people, plus I added
more direct links to things.
