A FAQ is never done, which is why a wiki-supported FAQ would be great.

The FAQ should have broad user input, I think. I agree that the
glossary is different and so maybe it should be organized under a
different heading (Team?).

I would think SoftwareRequirements would be a good topic under Installation.

A good bibliography is important but difficult. There should be an
authoritative source of bibliographic information for the entire
project, but I'm not sure what the best source form is.

I think the RoadMap should be driven by the Team while FeatureRequests
come from Community.

Hardening maybe, but not the other two. IMO Testing is a missing link
in the typical deployment process. And of course Troubleshooting is
probably the single most important topic of all.

PS. The paragraph "Contribution access..." on Shibboleth/WebHome
belongs in the Main web, not the Shibboleth web.
