Shibboleth Developers

The front page of the Shibboleth Wiki has been completely rewritten.  
I'd like to get a few more pairs of eyes on the reformatting and choice 
of topics before I dive down into the individual subjects referenced 
from the main page.  Please send me any and all comments and changes 
you may have, but I'd like to avoid multiple people committing changes 
themselves at the moment to avoid overwrites.
