The intent is to have separate packaging, yes.  We don't plan to go  
through hoops to make sure that the IdP doesn't include any SP  
classes and vice-versa.  From a developer's standpoint, you will  
check the same thing out of cvs.  From a user's standpoint, you  
should be able to download the appropriate package and have it do the  
right thing when you run "./ant install".
