Well, the SAML metadata file in cvs is still called IQ-sites.xml at the
moment, although I think we probably need to change it in production, given
that we don't want existing siterefresh scripts to break...thanks for
mentioning it.

Anyway, all trust information is carried in the metadata now or in metadata
extensions, unless somebody goes and implements a different trust plugin.

A very well commented metadata file is in cvs. If that's not enough to at
least point people in the right direction...
