Well, this new version of distcopy does more than simply copy an
existing WAR file. It actually creates the WAR and assumes a
particular deployment descriptor as well, which I don't think will
work. An all-Java environment will require a different deployment
descriptor than the one currently in CVS.
I'm still trying to fully understand the details and ramifications of
this new build process...
