Walter and I managed to successfully test the artifact profile (still
followed by an attribute query at the moment, so it's not optimized yet), so
we're making progress.

The Java SP has code that's pretty close to identical, so it should be
pretty close to handling artifact as well.

I should be able to handle the e-auth stuff now except for the error
handling bit.
