No, it currently doesn't handle "preservation" of POSTs across the
redirects. This is a fairly major work item, but we're starting to work on
some redesign that should make this a bit more possible to add.
pubcookie, for one example system, does support this, I believe.
FWIW, I've not had this in my SSO system at OSU, and since 1997 I've
probably had one application that was really bothered by it, and it never
became a big issue.
