Hi Howard,

So I think we (Walter/I) are willing to say, if the JAXP interfaces for the
parser and schema lookup are functional at this point, let's use them. If I
understood your offer, you were willing to undertake a test and change the
OpenSAML code as part of testing it.

If so, feel free. If not, whatever you were going to test is fine, and
Walter or I can pick up the thread from there.

I was going to change all that anyway for the next rev since the grammar
caching in Xerces makes all the caching I was doing redundant anyway, so
now's the time...
