Below is a message from the DLF Electronic Resource Management 
Initiative regarding the publication of the work of the initiative.  It 
includes as an appendix an investigation of licensing and rights 
expression schemes (attached).  This is the work I mentioned last week 
in the shib-dev call.  The participants of the Initiative are still 
interested in following through on this investigation, and there is a 
tentative call set up for Friday to walk through the ARP GUI.  Thanks, 
Walter, for putting me in touch with David Millman.
