Of course Elseveir is wrong to assume that just because you're on the 
Brown network you must be a member of the community at Brown.  Nice 
idea but wrong.  Now if they put 2 icons - "Brown" and "Other" - the 
latter leading to the IQ WAYF, that might be OK.
