Sounds more like the installer malfunctioned. There are no DLLs in bin and
the path should point to lib only. It would look in bin anyway, since
shar.exe is stored there, but I'll have to ask the developer of the
installer. It sounds like it got interrupted or something.

Which docs was he missing? The deploy guide is the only documentation we
have, and it's sitting in....you guessed it, doc.
