I *really like* thinking about this in ways that make the install 
process easier for people...

and I can certainly understand that we've got to think beyond the US 
borders...

earlier today, on  IRC,  I think I saw Walter suggest the idea of 
having multiple origin side config files..... I think he mentioned 
origin.properties and something called defaults....

thinking ahead to when the origin might support multiple 
federations.... I'm thinking about defaults + federation specific 
files.....

so, defaults might include declaratives for logging info, etc... and 
maybe keystores

and the federation specific file would include audience, sitename, etc......
