Umm, OK, rampant confusion.  You say "1.0 origin".  shibboleth.ini is the
target config file.  Origin config is in
/usr/local/tomcat/webapps/shibboleth/WEB-INF/classes/conf/origin.properties
AAP is a target-side concept, ie which attributes will be accepted from
which origins.
