When trying to build current-cvs of opensaml on my RH7.3 machine, I
get the following error:

SAMLSOAPBinding.cpp: In member function `virtual saml::SAMLResponse* 
   saml::SAMLSOAPBinding::send(const saml::SAMLAuthorityBinding&, 
   saml::SAMLRequest&)':
SAMLSOAPBinding.cpp:148: `CURLOPT_NOSIGNAL' undeclared (first use this 
   function)
SAMLSOAPBinding.cpp:148: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once 
for 
   each function it appears in.)
make[2]: *** [SAMLSOAPBinding.lo] Error 1
