Shibboleth Developers

I've installed everything, and configured everythig I can see, and 
when I start apache, I get this in the apache error log:

now... what's  *really* striking about this is that the path is 
correct for my local  system, but the filename is misspelled -- 
shiboleth.ini -- only one b --

here's  the line from the script  that starts Apache:

SHIBCONFIG=/opt/local/shib-beta1/etc/shibboleth/shibboleth.ini; 
export SHIBCONFIG
