I completed the addition of the sample config files and tar'd up /opt on
shib2 here:
https://wayf.internet2.edu/shibboleth/shib_target_beta1_rh72_gcc304.tar.
gz

As the name implies, this was built with gcc 3.04 on Red Hat 7.2. It
includes binaries for everything except OpenSSL 0.9.6b, libcurl 7.9.8,
and libuuid 1.23, all of which come with Linux and can be updated as
need be with rpm.
