It's inside it, and will appear when you expand the warfile, which
Tomcat should do when you start it up. You're much better off hacking on
ours, then building one yourself.

That's my mistake for putting that default in place. You should
configure the WAYFLocation to either a custom WAYF that you design for
customers, or the generic pilot WAYF we have established which is here:
https://wayf.internet2.edu/shibboleth/WAYF
You can use the example.edu origin site for testing, and there are
numerous test accounts there, including cantor/cantor. It's a basic-auth
protected origin site implementation.
The one you're seeing now is the OSU origin site page. There is a test
account, but it's not for external consumption.
