You'll find the Shibboleth binaries for Windows here:

A new document, ISAPI.txt, accompanies the latest DEPLOY.txt, and
documents the ISAPI version as best I can. I've included debug and
release versions of all the supporting libraries (OpenSSL, etc.).

While I've labeled this alpha 2.5, the code is actually a bit ahead of
the Unix binaries we're calling 2.5 at this point and is not the same as
the 2.5 branch in CVS, but it's functionally along the same lines, and
the Java portion is identical.

There's an Apache build of mod_shib along with the ISAPI stuff, if
that's of interest.

PS. Steven, I posted the package to the same place as the rest, but I
didn't know if we wanted to go public with the fact that it's there.
Support-wise, I've got enough on my hands.
