I got the origin code and the WAYF moved over, and updated the deploy
guide and configuration files to reference the WAYF and sites registry
there instead of shib1.

We may add some more to the distribution (Walter has the java keystore
import functionality about done), but the important changes and bug
fixes are in place, including most of the major outright bugs in
mod_shib that I knew about.

I moved the tarballs over to the new machine as well.

I used bossie to sign the keys in place now, but we're still talking
about what do there for the longer term.

shib1 is still being used to host the javadocs pointed at by the CVS
page, so we have to address setting up a nightly build location, I
guess, somewhere else. I'd defer to people with more scripting ability
than me for that kind of thing.
