I don't know if Ebsco's ready for it, but they can access the source
code in CVS with the VC6 project files, or I can give them binaries for
all the pieces they need.

I have some improvements yet to make for myself that they're welcome to
wait for, but the basic filter is ready and tested. Feature-wise, it's
fairly similar to the Apache version, minus the htaccess stuff.

I'll try and put some docs together.
