Question: for the Apache module is it reasonable for me to add a
dependency to libapreq (http://httpd.apache.org/apreq/)?  It would
make FORM and Cookie handling a lot easier.  It uses the Apache
license, but it would only be useful on Apache servers anyways.

Comments/Suggestions?
