I have a sample UI page for modifying ARPs up for you to look at and
play with. So far it works to list, remove, add and edit resources
for an existing ARP.
Still to do: create ARP for new person, add attribute filtering, error
check, and clean up appearance (suggestions welcome).
Currently running for user blk.
