I've branched both projects, so commits are permitted again.

To retrieve the alpha2 code, use -r alpha-2 to select the proper
revision. The main trunk will be whatever the next release is.

I branched opensaml as beta-1, which I believe is appropriate. The goal
would be to include 1.0 in the shib beta release.
