I updated the alpha2 snapshots here:

http://shib1.internet2.edu:8000/shib/

If we want to include the deployment guide inside the files, I'll add it
once it's ready.

In the meantime, let's freeze the cvs starting now, other than the sites
registry, which isn't going to be kept up to date inside the tarballs
anyway.
