CMU: Outfit a pair of Solaris hosts with guest accounts to review/approve
technical requirements (11/19)

Steven: Formally request 2-3 machines from Internet2 for integration
testing, with the requirements from the first action item

CMU: Deliver a diagram of origin site design for discussion/review (11/19)

All: Review section 5/6 of Arch doc and forward any areas of confusion to
Scott or Shib list.

Scott: Deliver draft of runtime API along with a functional outline of
responsibilities (11/19)

Scott: Describe runtime goals for phase one (11/19)

Scott: Propose simple interface between local ISO system and HS (11/19)
