This is from Steve Wallace from the Internet2 Routing Integrity Initiative:
Mutually Agreed Norms For Routing Security (manrs.org) is working on a more comprehensive set of conformance criteria for Internet service providers (ISPs) tentatively called MANRS+. ISPs could include evidence of their
MANRS+ conformance to potential consumers as a value differentiator. MANRS seeks input via a survey on the additional routing security capabilities that ISP customers would value. The survey is brief and painless. I can think of no better consumers of ISP
services than those in our community. Please take five minutes to complete the survey. To be most useful, MANRS would like to receive survey responses within the next couple of weeks.
MANRS intends to release a summary of the information they collect.
