Subject: PPSP White Paper

Hello everyone. I suspect the PPSP project is in your rear view mirror and
you are busy with other educational projects. We appreciate everyone's
efforts on this year's project and hope you will consider joining us again as
we prepare for next year.

While I didn't intend to write such a lengthy summation of the project, it
became apparent that documenting the lessons learned this year is extremely
relevant to future projects. Enclosed is the initial draft that has been
seen by only a couple of us who crafted the paper. We thought it was
important to have everything about the project in one place, therefore the
document is currently 19 pages. Understanding your time is valuable you
should focus on the sections about Project Organization and Lessons Learned.
I left space for the content providers to include their thoughts and
observations. You can email me your text and I will insert it in the
document. Nothing fancy is needed!

Note: I tried to recognize everyone who participated and their contribution
to the project. Please let me know what I missed!!!!

Thank you again for participating in the initial PPSP project.

Carol
