Your report about the project is so thorough. It is sure to be very helpful to future event planners. Thanks for all you did. I was very impressed by the cooperation of the planning committee and content providers along with the high caliber of the programming. Representing INFOhio, I was glad that I could have a small part in publicizing the project. While I didn't intend to write such a lengthy summation of the project, it became apparent that documenting the lessons learned this year is extremely relevant to future projects.  Enclosed is the initial draft that has been seen by only a couple of us who crafted the paper.  We thought it was important to have everything about the project in one place, therefore the document is currently 19 pages.  Understanding your time is valuable you should focus on the sections about Project Organization and Lessons Learned.  I left space for the content providers to include their thoughts and observations.  You can email me your text and I will insert it in the document.  Nothing fancy is needed!

Note:  I tried to recognize everyone who participated and their contribution to the project.  Please let me know what I missed!!!!
