Dear PPSP Participant, Attached are a few handouts for Wednesday’s session with CILC. The session will be a webinar from Noon-1:00pm ET/1:00-2:00pm CT/2:00-3:00pm MT/3:00-4:00pm PT. It is very simple to login to the webinar. However, I realize some of your organizations might have tight restrictions on what software you are allowed to download. You should be able to simply click through the URL below 30 minutes prior and download the software. Just in case you foresee any issues, I have provided detailed information below. You may want to test logging in an hour or two prior or even on Tuesday. Login at least 30 minutes prior to the session. When you login, you will need to follow the instructions on your computer: allow for the download, save the file then open and give it time download Java. You will also need to be sure to allow for pop-ups and activex control. 1.You will need to click the URL below. If you cannot click, cut and paste the ENTIRE following URL in your browser to join the session. https://sas.elluminate.com/m.jnlp?sid=2008134&password=M.9E501DAABB619671D57CE0CA4698D8 If you have trouble clicking through the above URL, be sure to cut and paste the ENTIRE link into your browser (everything between < and >). 2. When you see the box that says, "Please enter your name for the session”, type in the first and last name of the person attending the session, then click on "Login". 3. Keep in mind that the audio portion of the webinar will be via phone. 4. If you're a first time user, you can do a computer check before the session in the Configuration Room. 5. If you have trouble logging into the session, please exit and try logging on again. Make sure that you set your computer to allow for downloads and give your computer time to download Java and the Blackboard (Elluminate) software. Be sure to cut and paste the ENTIRE link (everything between the < and >). Usually login issues occur when the link is being truncated or broken by email. If you have exhausted all attempts to enter the session, go to this help page for assistance; there is a live chat available as well as an 800 number as a last resort. 6. The system requirements are below.
