Hi Doug,

Currently there is not such a document. Right now you can wade through the OpenSearch documentation which as instructions on Snapshots and restores here: https://opensearch.org/docs/latest/tuning-your-cluster/availability-and-recovery/snapshots/snapshot-restore/. We have some open tickets to create additional guidance on OpenSearch storage and similar that we plan to put together, but nothing else readily available.
