Thanks for clarifying. This is fixed in 5.1.0 that was released today. There was a bug in 5.0.8 where hostname was getting set to null in such cases but that was corrected in 5.1.0.

What you are describing happens in the DB when a hostname is not present would be ideal but it does not seem to be working that way currently in version 5.0.8

If an IP address does not resolve to a hostname then the hostname field in the database will have the IP address and it will display. In other words the current field will return the IP addresses in such a case. In your example are there any IPs missing or were you just using that as an example and all your endpoints have hostnames?
