I have a brand new install on a minimal AL-8 OS ... systemctl status postgresql shows it running, systemctl --failed shows all 4 pscheduler tasks failed and logs indicate pscheduler cannot talk to the postgresql server.

Here's the reported status pof postgresql

That's what I'm not understanding...everything looks OK.

After trying a reboot and restarting some services by hand, things seem
to be working.

I can try to reinstall and see how it goes.
