I had this same issue with Red Hat 9.2. I think I had to turn off SELinux in
order to get it to work. Either that or I just manually edited the file with
all the admin details (/etc/perfsonar/lsregistrationdaemon.conf)

Greetings:

I just completed a fresh install of perfsonar-toolkit on Rocky Linux 9.
OS installed from DVD ISO, server installation, no GUI, minimal install, then
installed perfsonar-toolkit following the instructions for EL9

When I try to configure data on the Administrative Information page (eg, Org
name, Admin name, etc), after clicking save, the page refreshes to a blank
form.

Checking /var/log/perfsonar/configdaemon.log I see the following error
