perfSONAR User Q&A and Other Discussion

Greetings:

I just completed a fresh install of perfsonar-toolkit on Rocky Linux 9.
OS installed from DVD ISO, server installation, no GUI, minimal install, 
then installed perfsonar-toolkit following the instructions for EL9

When I try to configure data on the Administrative Information page (eg, 
Org name, Admin name, etc), after clicking save, the page refreshes to a 
blank form.

Checking /var/log/perfsonar/configdaemon.log I see the following error

That file has the following permissions
