Our graphs stopped updating around midnight Tuesday.

I rebooted but now I see that our web page says that pscheduler is not 
running.

I looked through the logs but don’t see anything obvious.

The certificate expired about a month ago.

I can schedule tests manually withe the pschedule command but they fail 
saying iperf reported connection refused.

Any ideas what I should look at or fix?
