I didn’t stay on top of the upgrade to 5.0 on my CentOS7 perfsonar system and
so my limits file had a bad test in it. I had some time to dig in in June and
didn’t get it working, but in the process tried to add and delete tests and
hosts, which somehow broke the test configuration page.

fast forward to last week when i got back to this with a goal of getting
things working and using perfsonar more, and successfully fixed my limits
issue, and now my tests are running again, but it did not fix the test
configuration page issue.

no matter how I get to the test configuration page it stays with the loading
image as long as I leave it. Then when I click on the page it shows no test
by test or by host. the +host and +Test buttons give me a partial screen and
never save.

I went through the troubleshooting section of the website and looked at lots
of logs. nothing helpful in the pscheduler logs, but this goes in the ssl
error log every time I go to the configure test page:

If I’m reading it correctly, I have one host defined twice (or improperly)
some how?

the only place I found the hosts (with a lot of grepping directories) was in
/etc/perfsonar/psconfig/toolkit-webui.json which doesn’t appear to define it
twice. renaming that file to something else and trying to load the page
didn’t help (I’m happy to rebuild the tests if needed, there aren’t many).

This has persisted across reboots and uninstalling and re-installing the
perfsonar toolkit package

Any pointers to what’s stuck/cached and how to make the configure tests page
work again without wiping the system and starting from scratch is appreciated!
