May I know how to resolve this issue on my PS node running version 5.0.4. My pscheduler service is running but archiver having issue and I cannot send test results from my FNAL node (psonar4.fnal.gov) to WLCG/OSG CMSMesh.
https://psonar4.fnal.gov/pscheduler/tasks/28842997-551d-4d1b-9fb4-ccca67171b4c/runs/62bdd5c4-80ad-4d92-a6e7-93201265a377 to esmond: Archiver permanently abandoned registering test after 1 attempt(s): 405: Invalid JSON returned
This is indicative of a problem with the archive server at the far end not returning the expected (valid) JSON.
I was able to retrieve your task through pScheduler’s API and see that the task in question is archiving to three destinations. One is to the HTTP archiver, which is presumably WLCG’s archive. (I can’t see where because pScheduler considers that sensitive and strips it out.) Anyway, that one was successful. The other two are to the local archive via the Esmond archiver. As of release 5.0.0, Esmond was replaced with an archive built from LogStash and OpenSearch. There is an Esmond compatibility layer, but it is read-only. You’ll find links to a couple of talks on what has changed and how to deal with those changes here: https://www.perfsonar.net/post-2023_03-23-InfoShare.html
