Hello- 

We are trying to implement PerfSonar to monitor WAN links supporting University of CA.  Running into an issue with extremely inconsistent throughput results that we suspect may be related to the PerfSonar configuration. 

Seeking advice from someone for a 15-20 minute conversation with our small team.
