I tried to configure regular tests between the following nodes using pScheduler to test a 100Gbps line between Korea and USA.

But pScheduler returns the following error:

Failed to post task: Unable to complete request: No tool in common among the participants:  ps-daej.kreonet2.net offered iperf3, nuttcp;  ps-chic.kreonet2.net offered iperf3, nuttcp, iperf2.

PS 5.0.1-1.el7 seems not to support iperf2 via pScheduler. Is that right?

How can I configure high throughput tests via pScheduler?

There was a change to the iperf2 tool plugin between 4.4.6 and 5.0.0 in which we dropped support for the --mss switch from the iperf2 plugin because it could not be properly supported.  Because of an administrative oversight, that change didn’t make it into the release notes.  Discussion of the issue and why it was resolved as it was can be found in this issue:  https://github.com/perfsonar/pscheduler/issues/1268.

Removing the MSS argument from the task will make the 5.0 host offer iperf2 as a tool.
