I'm sure it's on your radar, but  it's worth being aware that Debian 12, codenamed bookworm, is planned for release 2023-06-10.  Debian -- Debian “bookworm” Release Information has a few more details

 

It is for sure.  We’re getting to the stage of “real soon now” with EL8 and EL9 where we actually mean it, so watch this space.  :-)

 

Bringing the in-release Debians and Ubuntus up to snuff is being held up by some things we don’t control, but we should break loose of that in a couple of weeks.  As I mentioned earlier, we have better tooling than we did six months ago and should get to newer releases much sooner than we used to.
