I have a testpoint image up and running on a new server, with macvlan networking tied to a 100G ethernet adapter. Everything is working fine, but I would like to get a full toolkit running inside a container.
What would be the best approach ?
1)
- Start up a clean centos container
- Install all the toolkit packages inside the container
- do a docker commit to save the changes
- build a docker-compose yml file to run
2)
- Start up a new testpoint container
- Install all the toolkit packages inside the testpoint container
- do a docker commit to save the changes
Are there any future plans to have a toolkit image as well?
