Hi James,

Unfortunately there was a substitution on my email client so the -k is not
correctly written. I have switched off formatting on my side.
Also we are not able to connect to the host, so the diagnostics should be
pursued on your side.

Please try this one again:
curl -k https://127.0.0.1/esmond/perfsonar/archive
curl -k https://18.208.27.222/esmond/perfsonar/archive

It appears also you are not running these commands from the CLI on the
machine. Please note that your Toolkit GUI makes the requests internally.

Please also share the grep output (my previous email) for all requests
successful and failing. So that we are able to see the diff and the issue the
Toolkit GUI sees.

Thank you very much for the response, Ivan.

We are using 4.4.1-1. Here's the result of the output when I run it on the
server itself:

ubuntu@ip-10-240-12-253:~$ curl -k
https://18.208.27.222/esmond/perfsonar/archive/
curl: (3) Failed to convert -k to ACE; string contains a disallowed character
curl: (7) Failed to connect to 18.208.27.222 port 443: Connection timed out

I feel like this might be somehow related to DNS. When I grab the actual link
above and put it in my web browser, I do see something.

Thank you!

Hello James,

Thank you for contacting the perfSONAR support list. There might be many
reasons for the Test dashboard not to be loading.
Please first specify the version of the perfSONAR Toolkit you are seeing the
problems with.

In order to verify the connectivity from the local context make this check:

curl -k https://x.x.x.x/esmond/perfsonar/archive/

Please replace the x.x.x.x with your host address.

If you still see data flowing, but the dashboard stays with "measurement
archive unreachable", then we need to fix the misleading message and continue
with the diagnostics.
If not then you need to review your network configuration on the host, as per
your email the measurement archive is actually reachable from a remote
location.

I was wondering, if you have other pS deployments, that are currently
operational.

unreachable

Good morning, we have a fresh install of perfsonar, and unfortunately the
Test dashboard doesn't load on the main page, though we are allowed to make
tests.
Error loading test listing; measurement archive unreachable:
https://x.x.x.x/esmond/perfsonar/archive/
When I hit that link, I can see an "Archive Viewset List" with text there, so
it doesn't seem unreachable.
I saw an I2 support page where Mark alluded to PostgreSQL issues, but that's
beyond my knowledge scope at this point. Any clues of what I might be able to
do to break through?
Worth noting, this is running on an ubuntu AWS EC2 instance with an elastic
IP for public access.
Thank you,
