The path of least resistance would be to use wget or some other tool to mirror the contents of the repos, sneakernet them across the air gap and put them on a web server on the private network.  (If this becomes a regular thing for you, the perfSONAR repo can be mirrored with rsync; drop me a line and I can arrange access for you.)

 

As Mike Ware suggested, you’d need to create a custom version of the YUM repo config that points to your internal server.  That’s a trivial exercise and will make installing and upgrading your systems on the other side of the air gap much easier.
