Hello everyone

We have already installed perfSonar on small nodes in our network ... and we
configured some tests, and my question is when we configure both latency and
bandwidth tests, this gives us errors, that one interferes with another
test ... Then , we would like to know why this happens and what we can do if
we want to do both tests...

Dear Vania,

Do you man a warning in Toolkit GUI? Yes, it's our recommendation to run those test on separate interfaces where possible. On the other hand you MAY run tests using single interface. The most common behaviour you should expect then is the interference between those two. You need to remember that at the time when throughput test is run you may see an impact on loss measurement graphs depending on this single interface congestion. When correlating plots you should easily see this and understand. But it should still be useful.

Best regards,
