Quick follow-up.

The conflict was with what the IUS repository presents to yum:

https://ius.io/

Still tracking down where we are installing this repo during our initial
build (it's not in our kickstart file). So, temporary fix was to remove
reference to the IUS repo. This might have side-affects later, but for
now going with that.
