Hi Victor,

You can customize what it sees as the primary interface by editing this file 
(you had the right filename, but the path is different):

/usr/lib/perfsonar/web-ng/etc/web_admin.conf

simply add a line like this (assuming you want eth1 to be default)

primary_interface eth1

You can also customize the "toolkit_name" setting, but this only gets applied 
if it can't find any valid interfaces.
