Hi,

You have to start a python virtualenv before you run those commands. If you see the docs at http://docs.perfsonar.net/multi_ma_install.html#authenticating-by-ip-address make sure you run the commands in step #2 first if you are on CentOS 6. Also make sure you run “. /bin/activate” before the command you have listed as shown in step #3.

You'll have to run django-admin.py, passing it your settings module.

(If the file settings.py does indeed exist, it's causing an ImportError somehow.)
