Your system seems to be too litle for the central MA. Especially memory as you say could be increased. If I calculated well it will have almost 1TB of disk in total which again may be too little for central MA. This amount strongly depends on the number of tests, especially OWAMP ones. and can grow high. To be on the safe side I would consider adding more disk space to central MA. If you are not going to store any data (or minial amount) in local storage of hosts you may consider lowering the local disk space. For the CPU as you noticed it is recommended to have at least 2.7/3GHz

The perfSONAR team will be working to provide hardware calculator but we are not yet ready with it.
